After the successful completion of the First edition of the CII Marketing and Brand Conclave, Confederation of Indian Industry, Kerala is organising the Second Edition of the Marketing and Brand Conclave. The theme for this year is on 'Customer Retention in a Disrupted World' and the objective is to showcase the effective ways of retaining customers and also on how to use digital technology to save your time and build better customer relations.
The Topics under discussion would be:
