This class will demonstrate all you need to know to start working with fondant. You will be amazed at what you can do with fondant - from small decorations, borders, covering your cake and much more. 

Demonstrations:

• Rolling out Fondant
• Covering a cake board
• Covering a cake in fondant (student will actually cover a cake)
• Borders (rope, ball )
• Appliques (inlays, overlays, cutting with cutters)
• Ruffles 
• Simple flowers
• Lettering
• Roll and shape
