The Arabian Food Festival at Marriott is a feast for your senses

The Arabian Food Festival by Chefs Fahad and Rabih at the Marriott hotel has been seeing a huge wave of crowds every night of the food fest. Both Rabih and Fahad have their fair share of experience with Arabian delicacies. “It is a great experience for us and it's my first time to Kochi. I'm happy the customers have received our food well. In Arabian dishes we don’t use spices as much as Keralites use for their dishes,” said Chef Rabih.
“We enjoyed the saffron rice with the fish, but what all of us loved the most was the dessert table which is filled with all the yummy cakes, pastries and much more,” said one of the diners.
A large mass of the food lovers at the Arabian food festival have been Arabs and they seem to love the food that Chef Fahad and Chef Rabih and their team has prepared as a part of the Arabian food extravanganza.
