If you are one of those who left disappointed without getting tickets for the kickoff match, here are some great ideas from WKochi on how to spend your time

Kochi will witness the kickoff match of ISL season 4 with Atletico De Kolkata facing off against Kerala Blasters FC at the Kochi Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on November 17. Kochi stadium had witnessed about 60,000 fans for the home ground matches at last year’s ISL. But this time, the galleries have been changed and filled with chairs and the seating has decreased to a number of 40,000, putting the fans in a tough spot. Many have returned with disappointment and frustration because of less availability of tickets. There are many people who don't have a ticket for tomorrow's game and Wkochi brings to you some alternate ideas that you can try out in Kochi.

Turn your house into a mini stadium

So what if you couldn’t catch the action in the stadium, you can always recreate the atmosphere in your own home or your friends’. Gather some football buddies and set the vibe. Dress up in the colours of your favourite teams, stock up on bites and booze and holler your way till the end.

Watch the match outdoors

Catch the match in pubs, restaurants, and cafes where it will be screened. The fun doubles up when you experience the exhilaration of the matches in a group and with other football fans. And who knows, you might end up making some friends!

It's Friday and time for new movie releases

November 17 will witness some great moments, especially in Kochi. With ISL kicking off, there are also some major film releases the same day, like Jayasurya’s Punyalan Private Limited (a movie for the full family), DC Comics’ Justice League (a movie for the comic geeks and superhero fans ), The Star (something for the kids this Christmas season) and much more. So book your tickets now and have a great time.
